Each cup unveils a complex and distinctive flavor profile, breaking the long-held belief that exceptional Arabica can only come from high-altitude lands.

Cultivar: Arabica catimor

Origin: Huong Phung commune, Quang Tri province

Altitude: 550m

Process: Natural fementation 

Notes core:

    • Sweet (brown sugar, caramel,vanilla)
    • Spicy: Peper, ginger, cinnamon)
    • Fruity: blink guava, black currant, strawberry, stone fruity) citrus
    • Mint

Roasting techniques trained under SCA standards

Perfectly suited for manual brewing methods such as: Pour-over (V60), cold brew, cool drip, and Aeropress.

 

POUR-OVER BREWING TECHNIQUE

As our Arabica beans are grown at lower altitudes and undergo deep fermentation, they have lower density with a soft and porous structure. Pun Coffee recommends using lower brewing temperatures when hand-brewing these beans.
